Childhood memories
Aah, nothing like some childhood memories (warning: probably NSFW). Back then I was definitely not trying to sneak a peek in the book stores for the articles. Nowadays, however, I wonder what the added value is of a magazine like Playboy. Could it be the articles? It almost has to be with all the smut out there on the internet. Nice Silverlight app by the way.

About
In 1999, although trained as an economist and marketeer, I started working with an application called Crystal Reports (I don't even remember the version). I realised then that what I wanted to be was a, even though I don't think the term was already coined back then, Business Intelligence specialist.
Over the years my training and experience has amassed and expanded into various fields of expertise and technologies. I am currently working as a BI consultant and trainer for
IIPSwith a focus on SAP Business Objects, IBM Cognos and Microsoft SQL Server technology.I am particularly interested in the technical aspects of Business Intelligence, i.e. how to implement and deliver a well performing BI solution, and not so much how to get it right from a business perspective.
This is a personal weblog, and the opinions expressed here are not those of my employer.
